Our mission is to provide a retreat for everyone to step away from their busy lives and practice yoga within a peaceful and quiet space, while offering a variety of styles to meet the needs of everyone.<\/p>\n Learn more <\/a>\n

Our certified teachers aim to provide students with access to a variety of techniques such as Vinyasa, Iyengar, Restorative meditation and many more. A variety of these techniques may be used in any given class or may be elaborated on in special-focus classes.<\/p>
