Electric Motor Scooter

A UK company make an electric motor scooter called a YoGo. It has a replaceable battery so you can carry an extra one or two with you to extend your mileage. According to the company it will recharge the battery in 1 hour. They look nice and the price is reasonable so when will we see these in the US?
