Colorado – HB 10-1193 bad for business

Colorado passed a law recently that hinders all on line resellers in Colorado, especially Amazon affiliates. HB 10-1193 requires all online retailers to collect sales tax on their online sales. It is time for all Colorado consumers to contact Governor Ritter and ask him to repeal this bill.
